AI & Systems
From operating knowledge to useful tools.
The starting point is a decision someone repeatedly has to make. The choice of model, database or interface comes later.
Applied AI solutions
Identify a bounded task, agree how a good answer will be judged and test it against ordinary cases and exceptions. Where the evidence is insufficient, the tool should say so.
Knowledge and decision-support systems
Bring product rules, eligibility conditions and operating instructions into a controlled reference. A user should be able to trace an answer to its source and see when specialist judgement is required.
Product-selection / sales-assistance tools
A rider asking for a jacket for a Vespa PX may be describing a style preference as much as a journey. A useful assistant asks the question that changes the recommendation and stops when the need is met.
Bespoke analytical applications
A repair catalogue illustrates the distinction between showing a spare part and confirming that it fits a particular product, size and variant. The application must preserve those relationships, not rely on a plausible description.
